About

More than a building

Svoi is a small private care home where older people live in a homely setting, not a hospital one. We help with daily tasks, look after health and keep the family informed.

How it works

From the first call to moving in

Moving is a big decision. We go through it together with the family, step by step.

  1. 01

    A call

Tell us about health, habits and wishes. We answer questions about the terms and prices.

  2. 02

    A visit

Come and see the rooms, kitchen and garden, and meet the staff.

  3. 03

    A care plan

Together with the family we agree on care, meals and the daily routine.

  4. 04

    Moving in

We help arrange the room with personal belongings and give extra attention in the first weeks.

What families say

Mum talks about her neighbours by name again. To us, that means she feels at ease there.

A resident’s daughterSample review

They showed us the room, the menu and the daily routine, and answered every question. That was enough to decide.

A resident’s sonSample review

Dad did not want to move. Two weeks later he was looking forward to his four o’clock walk.

Ask a question
Can we visit the care home first?

Yes. Leave a request or call us and we will arrange a convenient time. We will show you the rooms, kitchen and garden and introduce the staff.

How often can relatives visit?

Every day. Relatives can spend time with their loved one in the room, the lounge or the garden.

Do you care for people who need constant support?

Yes. We help with hygiene and dressing and monitor wellbeing and medication. Before moving in we discuss health needs to prepare a care plan.

Can residents bring personal belongings?

Yes. A favourite armchair, photos, books — anything that helps them feel at home.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the room and the level of care. Call us or leave a request and we will calculate it for your needs.
